Shopping for Abundance is
a community of people who shop online through a referral membership
club called Clubco. To join the Shopping for Abundance Club, shop with
Nancy Cadjan. You will save time, save money, give to
charity, and get cash back from purchases.
Who Is Nancy
Cadjan: Nancy Cadjan grew up as an only
child. She always wanted to have kids. Now she is mom to two wonderful
kids. She is a writer and has a master's degree in English and
Rhetoric. She left corporate life 5 years ago to start her own business
and work from home. She created Sign Babies ASL Flash Cards to teach
parents how to sign with their hearing babies and stop tantrums before
they start. Nancy's business has been recognized locally and
nationally. She won the Chamber of Commerce Watkins Award for Best
Home-based Business and has won the Cool Stuff 2006 Award from Preemie
Magazine. Nancy is a scuba diver and loves the ocean. She would love to
buy an island some day and live the life of a scuba bum and have her
kids finish school online. She hosts Babies and Moms: Birth and Beyond
each week on the Grapevine Network.
I love
Clubco because I can shop online, get the things I usually buy for my
family while saving money and giving to charity. I have
bought shoes from Nordstrom's and books from Clubco. I am
also going to get my milk and other foods through Winder
Dairy. I get 2% back on these purchases AND I give 5% to
charity. Plus, I also get 1% on purchases made by anyone I
refer to Clubco. That is adding up and I am helping my family
and the community when I am doing the same thing I do everyday!
My 1% more? I want
to swim with wild dolphins. I have done it once and it was one of the
most spiritual experiences I have ever had. I want to do it
again and take my kids.
My 5% to Charity? I
am donating my 5% to the Foundation House which is run by an amazing
woman named Kristen Lamb. The Foundation House works to
funnel 100% of funds to small local charities that can't get the press
or the fundraising capabilities that large organizations can
get. It helps these smaller charities that mostly work with
mothers, babies, and families to have the benefits of a staff,
building, and common fundraising so that the charities can get in and
do what they do best.
